Esse body ki ruki hue growth start hone lagti hain. Jumping karne ke liye aap Rassi Kude (Skipping rope) yaa bina rassi ke hi jamin par baar-baar kude.

Pull ups lgane se shoulder or chest par effect padta hain, esse aapki height+Body fitness banti hain. Pull ups lgate samay jab aap pull up position me ho to thodi der esi position me pause ho jaye fir pull down kare. fir es exercise ko reverse karte rahein.
Basket ball khele – Lambai badhane ke liye
Sirf basket ball hi ek aesa sport hain jisse lambai par fark padta ho. Agar aap daily basket ball nahi khel sakte to saptaah mein 2-3 din to jarur khelein. Agar aapke najdik basket ball khelne ki facility na ho to aap ese ghar par hi kar sakte hain.
Ghar par ek khaali room chune or usme basket ball ki net lgaye fir khel chalu kare or rojana practise kare. Jab aap bowl ko net me dalne ke liye jump karte hain to esse body par khinchav peida hota hain or yah height ki growth me help karta hain. jisse lambai badhane me help milti hai.

Cycling Kare – Lambe hone ki exercise
Daily cycling karne se peron ke thigh ki exercise hoti hain or peron par force padne se unki growth ki capacity badhjaati hain. School jaate samay, bazar jaate samay, coaching jaate samay pedal chalne ke bajaye Cycle ka use kare.
Agar aap cycling nahi kar sakte to ghar par hi bed par letkar cycle chalane ka Act kare : Bed par let jaaye dono peron ko upar ki or karke jis tarah ham cycle ke pedal chalate hain thik waise hi try kare. yah exercise kad uchai badhane me bahut labhdayak hai. Running Kare

Raat ko 10 pm se pahle so jaaye or subah kariban 5 am Ya 5: 30am par uthjaaye. Nirogi or swasth jivan ke liye subah uthna bahut labhkaari hota hain. Etna jaldi uthkar aap btai gai saari exercise kare or morning walk par bhi jaaye.
Pranayam Or Yoga Bhi Kare
In sab ke saath hi agar aap pranayam or yogasana bhi karenge to yah or bhi beneficial rahega. kyunki yoga bhi lambai badhane me bahut faydemand hota hain.
Small Tips : Pedal chalte wakt ya chair par hamesha apni kamar Vertebrae bone ko sidhi straight rakh kar bethe, esse aapko kisi bhi kaam me alasya bhi nahi aayenge.
Kamar sidhi hone se sharir ke ang teji se work karte hai or active bane rahte hai. Aap yah try kar sakte hai jab bhi aapko nind aane lage sidhhasana me beth kar apni kamar ko sidha straight kar ke beth jaaye. aesa karne se aapko nind nahi aayegi.
